What preparations do I need before a session?
Before your mentorship session, it's helpful to have a clear idea of your goals and any specific challenges you're facing. Gather any relevant materials such as your portfolio, resume, and any design work you would like reviewed. Having a list of questions or topics you want to discuss can also ensure you make the most of your time.
How do I confirm my booking?
Once you have selected your desired mentorship package and session time, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please make sure to follow the instructions in the email to confirm your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.
What payment method is accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate your preferences:
PayPal: For mentees outside Taiwan, we offer PayPal as a convenient payment option.
Bank Transfer: We accept transfers to major banks in Taiwan, including Cathay United Bank (國泰銀行), SinoPac Bank (永豐銀行), Taishin Bank (台新銀行), and First Bank (第一銀行), as well as international transfers via Charles Schwab.
LINE Pay Money: You can make payments using LINE Pay Money for a quick and secure transaction.

If you have a preferred payment method not listed above, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
You can reschedule or cancel your session more than 48 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Requests made within 48 hours may incur a $5 fee.
What if I have technical issues during the session?
If you encounter technical issues during your session, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue or reschedule the session if necessary. We recommend testing your internet connection and equipment before the session to minimize the risk of technical problems.
How can I get the most out of my session?
To get the most out of your session, come prepared with specific questions and goals. Be open to feedback and ready to discuss your work and challenges in detail. Taking notes during the session can help you remember key points and action items.
Can I share my session with a friend or colleague?
The mentorship sessions are designed to provide personalized guidance, so we recommend one-on-one sessions. However, if you wish to include a friend or colleague, please contact us beforehand to discuss your specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What if I need more sessions than those included in my package?
If you find that you need more sessions than your package includes, you can always book additional sessions or upgrade to a larger package. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will help you find the best solution.
